As the episode begins, a man is seen lying in the ICU. Soon, several doctors rush in. One of them approaches the unconscious man and says, “Don’t worry, everything will be fine. I’m an artist,” and then injects him with something, which leads to the man’s death.
In the next scene, Daya tells Abhijeet that Barboza operates from Scotland Yard and also from Turkey, Brazil, and Sweden. Abhijeet responds, saying, “That’s not possible.”
At that moment, a new CID intern named Bhoomi enters and tells Abhijeet that a man’s dead body has been found at a new construction site, and she hands over the report. Abhijeet gives the case to Pankaj and Purvi, telling them to handle it while he and Daya continue working on the Barboza case.

Just then, Parth Samthaan makes an entry and says, “How long will you keep mourning ACP’s death? No need to be so emotional—get back to work.” Abhijeet asks, “Who are you?” Pankaj introduces him, saying, “He is our new ACP — Ayushmann.”
The new ACP says, “From now on, you two will not handle the Barboza case.” Daya and Abhijeet respond, “This rookie thinks he can give us orders?” As they start to walk away, ACP Ayushmann says, “ACP Pradyuman would’ve been proud of you — walking away from your duty?” Hearing this, both Daya and Abhijeet stop and begin working on the new case.
At the construction site, Daya and Abhijeet find a dead body.
In the next scene, ACP Ayushmann is talking to someone on the phone. He says, “I’ve put Abhijeet and Daya on another task. They’ve gone mad — they’re too tired now.” When he returns to the office, he sees Daya and Abhijeet reviewing some case files. He asks what they’re working on, and they reply, “The case you assigned us, sir. Don’t worry.”

Then, Dr. Salunkhe reveals that many organs are missing from the dead bodies indicating a drug trafficking case.
Later, ACP Ayushmann asks Abhijeet and Daya for a report on the case. The next day, 7-8 more dead bodies are found. ACP says, “Look how big this case is, and you wanted to hand it over to junior officers!”
Dr. Salunkhe tells the new ACP that one of the corpses is fresh only two days old and has a tattoo. The CID team visits a tattoo artist to investigate. The artist identifies the person as Jatin, a taxi driver.
The team reaches a deserted location while following Jatin’s lead. There, they find broken red ambulance lights. Pankaj retrieves CCTV footage, which leads them to the hospital that owns the ambulance.
At the hospital, they find the ambulance driver, but he runs away. While escaping, a car hits him on the road, and he dies. This makes ACP Ayushmann furious, and he blames Daya and Abhijeet for the taxi driver’s death. Abhijeet and Daya assure him that they will catch the real murderer, saying, “We’ve worked here for years.”
Later, they visit the hospital and find out which doctor did the stitches on the dead bodies. A doctor there tells them that Dr. Varun did the stitching.
In the next scene, CID arrests Dr. Varun and his two nurse accomplices. But during interrogation, both nurses consume poison and die. Suddenly, they hear Dr. Varun laughing. He says, “Congratulations to CID for another failure. I dedicate my life to Barboza,” and he too consumes poison.
Abhijeet then says, “Where did they get poison from? There’s definitely a traitor inside CID.”
Episode ends.
